The Castle Restaurant is the "19th Hole" at Oughterard Golf Club. Located just outside the village on the Galway road. Chef Aidan has a delicious menu. It is very suitable venue for sitdown meals of large groups or parties. Welcomes visitors which are not golfers all the time so do not feel as if you will be outsiders encroaching

Oughterard Golf Club is an 18 Hole parkland course, which is lined with mature native Irish trees, including Oak, Hazel and Birch. It is an excellent test of golf, with numerous water features, sand bunkers etc. that are strategically placed to protect the par of the course.
