The only place I'll go for Pho in area. Steadily busy, this place is a Richardson staple. Not only great Pho but also other tasty Vietnamese dishes like Bahn Mi and Bun. TIP: My order is usually the 00 Chicken Pho or 21 Egg Noodle Soup with Pork, Seafood and Wonton. If I eat in I'll get an order of 34 Spring Rolls, 35 Egg Rolls or a 49 Bahn Mi with grilled pork for the table to share. To drink you can't go wrong with a Thai Tea or French Coffee! Fair warning, this is a very tough place for vegetarians. You may be able to order something a la carte but it would be difficult to find something without meat (all broths are meat) or fish (hidden in most sauces).
