Our favourite little grocery store for local and/or organic goods. We love their selection of local meats, and it's also a great place to get fresh produce from Three Forks Farm and fresh sourdough bread from New Grain Bakery. Their lunch wraps and soups are amazing and so healthy.

Local organic and specialty take away food and grocery store. Weekly wraps to go. Their Chai chiller and Wired Monkey smoothie or black bean cupcake will get you moving. Dandies vegan marshmallows, graham crackers and local Finnia chocolate for making S’mores. All the Kumbucha your heart could dream of including local Heartwood Kombucha.
