Our favourite little grocery store for local and/or organic goods. We love their selection of local meats, and it's also a great place to get fresh produce from Three Forks Farm and fresh sourdough bread from New Grain Bakery. Their lunch wraps and soups are amazing and so healthy.

We love this organic farm, Peggy and Eric and everyone who works there. They sell their fresh produce right from the farm on Fridays and Saturdays (summer 2021), and it's worth a visit. Check for their hours on Facebook.

Gorgeous place for a short or long hike. Flat terrain through the unique alvar ecosystems - imagine wide expanses of flat flat rock, mosses and lichens, peaceful cedar and tamarack forests. Oh, and the clear turquoise waters of Lake Huron. We love this place.

Locally called Michigiwadinong (the bluff in the shape of a spearhead), this escarpment hike of medium difficulty offers beautiful views of the island. It's a special place for the Anishinaabe people, and the island's most recognizable geographical landmark. Awesome hike.

Charming trails right in South Baymouth, to hit up before or after your ferry trip. Made by Mr. Bowerman along the undeveloped town road allowances, choose your own path from boardwalks, swamps, ladders and rocks, all the way to Make Believe Island along the Lake Huron shore.
