Very interactive cute Museum where you can get your hands into making Paper, too!
"Basel Papiermühle", the paper mill, a very good restaurant. Especially on Sunday morning from 10am-1pm you can have a very good and generous brunch, with bread, butter, eggs, bacon, coffe, orange juice, home made fruit jams, cakes, fruit salad, for just 28.- CHF, I love it.

“Although it is a small botanical garden in comparison to other cities, it is very well kept and has free lockers and space to leave jackets (and this is important because it is very hot inside the greenhouses). The highlight: the tropical greenhouse (main one) which has species of birds, frogs and tortoises from around the world. ”

“This is the unique museum of toys. It has four stages and it's a paradise for children of course (most children from all over Switzerland have seen it). At least take a few seconds to look at the showcases there, they're amazing.”
