By far one of the most popular restaurants around. Located at the Semiahmoo Resort, this restaurant and bar offer full panoramic ocean views, incredible dining and lots of activities that are free to participate in from oversized chess, bonfires, billiards, etc.

My number one recommendation. Packers is located on Semiahmoo Spit in the Semiahmoo resort right on the beach and has great views and great food.
