One of the most beautiful outdoor areas in Milan born in recent times is that of Tipografia Alimentare, right along the Naviglio Martesana at the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Piccoli Martiri, one of our favorite views of the area. Ideal for a lunch or an aperitif, at Tipografia Alimentare you will find a proposal that always focuses on the painstaking research of a raw material of the highest quality. All accompanied by a careful selection of natural wines. The lunch menu changes every day to focus on the freshness and seasonality of the ingredients. Where: Via Dolomiti, 1 - Closed: Tuesday.

Food typography is a revelation of 2018: a cold table, a bar to have breakfast and an aperitif and a shop of wines and products. Few things but good, the general philosophy: for breakfast, brioche of the Rovida empty pastry, to be opened and filled with jams and hazelnut cream top, focaccia with sliced, coffee and cappuccino made with a sparkling Marzocco, coffee-filter, aereopress, and V60. Newspapers and magazines in consultation and wi-fi. At lunch we work with local raw materials but the look, the textures, the preparations are the Nordic ones. Small dishes, vegetables, lightness, well-matched combinations, blends and marinades. At the aperitif we change our log: natural wines, Longoni bread and oil, excellent cold cuts and cheese until 10 pm. Sunday lunch is a must.

Tipografia Alimentare opened in the beginning of 2018. This foodhub is really an add-up for foodlovers that stay with us in Turro. Here one eat's locally obtained food from small farmers. The prices might be a little bit high (especially compared to the quantity you get), but it is really worth a visit.
