Catch the free bus to Copper and Breckenridge. Walk to Summit Blvd and turn left. Walk about 5 minutes and you can catch the bus on the other side of Summit Blvd. To get to the Outlet Mall in Silverthorne, walk out to Summit Blvd and turn left, walk 5 minutes and you will see the bus stop on the same side of the street.

the summit stage is a free year round bus that will take you all over summit county. with transfers, you can get to Breck, Copper Mountain and everywhere else. the stops is just down at the pedestrian crossing, headed each direction
