This French restaurant is right next door. They serve brunch at 10am Saturday and Sundays. They open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday at 4pm.

French cuisine. Frog legs and other unique items on the menu. I suggest going for either breakfast or happy hour. Can get pricey.
