This is a tiny little spot where you can access the water. There's an area for picnicking and a little bit of a beach that you can splash in. People do swim in this area as well, but it's a smaller amount of "beach" than others that are paid access in the area. It is the perfect place to launch a kayak.

Rose Haven Memorial Park is Anne Arundel County’s southernmost park located near North Beach. The launch site is a small sandy area that borders a small cove that leads into Herring Bay and the Chesapeake Bay. Parking is limited to four (4) cars. There is a small picnic area as well a small wetlands area.
