The highest point in the district. The climb to the top is strenuous, but you can see for 160 kilometres on a clear day. There is also an informative visitors' cntre and accessible viewing platform.

Beautiful views to the south coast and north over the core wilderness area. The largest chunk of remaining forest in Western Australia. This National Park holds 50% of a western Australia’s Old Growth Karri and Jarrah forest. The only forested wilderness in WA.

Climb Mount Frankland to fully appreicate the beauty and views of the entire Walpole-Nornalup National Park. There is an easy flat board walk and look out around Little Mount Frankland.

Still used as a fire lookout to this day this walk to the top is moderate level of fitness. It will take about 20 mins to the summit but there are plenty of places to stop/ sit and admire the native flora and take in the views. Once on top you can see to the coast and there are markers to indicate the other landmarks to the horizon. A great place to pack a small back pack with lunch or nibbles to enjoy while taking in the views.
