Don't miss it ! Not in guidebooks. Doesn't look like a bar from the outside. West indian Arsène opens as he fancies = at the week-end. Decent food, great "rhum arrangé". Amazing atmosphere ! Cheap.

Only Open on Friday and Saturday. It's a great Rhum Bar very very local.
