Alamo has self service kiosks so you don't need to talk to a real person to get your car. No lines. In and out in about five minutes. I'm sure there are 1-2 others that are set up the same way. Budget is not one of them, you can easily spend 30-45 minutes in line there.

Top rated rental car establishment. Recommend renting a car as there's no public transport.
