Ordered a serve of pork spring rolls and two small bowls of rare beef soup noodles. Excellent broth, delicious tender beef and good springies. Top selection of condiments (great chilli oil) and free cups of hot tea. Perfect easy mid week cheapie when you can't be stuffed cooking dinner.

Victoria Street Richmond is full of Vietnamese restaurants, shops and the vietnamese community. My favourite Pho is at Pho chu the, with a bowl of Pho only $10. Plenty of other Vietnamese food nearby.
