Visiting this fort is a must when you come to Old San Juan. The Spanish used this structure to defend the island from invasions.

Full of history, with Cobblestone streets, music, food, drinks and vendors everywhere you turn. Purchase a kite and fly it on the grounds of El Morro :-)

Top tier colonial fort. Defended SJ from invading navies for hundreds of years. Very large, expect a decent walk.
