You need to have a coffee in one of those coffee at sunrise or sunset. One of my favourite places, and then you can continue by visting the Panier, one of the mythic places of Marseille.

Nice square with many bars and restaurants terraces, view on the port and Notre Dame de la Garde. The place for a fresh drink after discovering Le Panier!

It was the center of Massilia when it still was a Greek town. Today the place has a theater, market and tasty restaurant.
