We would recommend Veneto that you can enjoy either coffee/ drink or lunch/dinner enjoying the amazing view to the fortress of Heraklion (Koules) and the port.

It has an outdoor terrace and tall opening windows each secluding a table for two to four people, with views over the harbour and Venetian Fortress. Good service, coffee and drinks and snacks!!
