An amazingly intact Revolutionary War fort. A ferry service, new this summer, connects Fort Griswold in Groton with Fort Trumbull in New London.

Most gorgeous views, esp at sunset. Short walk or bike down Monument St. Go left across Broad and it’s straight ahead 5 min!

This is a historic site where the Battle of Groton Heights took place. It's small, but if you enjoy history or just want a neat place to let the kids run around and have some spare time, this is a great place to check out!

A historical landmark you can walk around the battlefield, explore the mueseum, have a picnic, or climb to the top of the monument and enjoys the best views of the town. The cost is free.
