Yes, Alghero is on the water and mostly known for its fresh seafood. However, a signature Sardinian dish is its PORCETTO (pork) and this is my only trustworthy place to try it. Not the most vegetarian friendly unfortunately. Ask for Giggi or Vittoria and please let them know I sent you :)

Make a reservation!! This place is incredible! I can safely say the best porchetto in town. Try also thier hand made pasta with both meat or fish. Vittoria and Gigi always make you feel at home.
