Mainland Poke Shop

I love this place because it’s so different from all the other lunches we eat, like salads and stuff. Poke is a fresh Hawaiian fish dish. This has been really fun to introduce into my week. Fast-casual that is healthy is kind of tough to find. And this is really delicious. I always customize my order by getting the brown rice and kale base, and then add my proteins, vegetables, and sauces. I don’t feel hungry after the meal, but I also don’t feel so full that I feel sick. In terms of portion control, it’s right on.
