At Lastours, 7km. Michelin starred restaurant, expensive but good. Brasserie offers food from the same kitchen and is excellent value.

Its Michelin starred. We are saving it for special occasions. It also has a cafe at the back next to the visitors' centre for the four Cathar castles at Lastours. We have lunch their every time we take friends and family to visit Lastours. Never had a bad meal and sometimes chef tries out new dishes for his main restaurant. Michelin starred food for plat de jour prices!

Next to the ´châteaux de Lastours’ the food is fantastic & the chef is passionate. He has his own garden in front of the restaurant with a large variety of spices, vegetables etc..

Michelin-star Chef Jean-Marc Boyer open this restaurant in 2003 after working 20 years in many famous restaurant in Paris. The food is creative with local fresh ingredients.
