Huddle by the fire or watch the tide from one of the benches outside. And if the tide comes in while you're finishing your drink, you can return to the mainland by sea tractor!

A beautiful 13 century inn, lots of outdoor seating looking across some glorious beaches. when the tide comes in and cuts off the island you can get the sea tractor back across.

Reached either by foot across the beach or at high tide by sea tractor, this 700 year old pub once popular with fishermen and smugglers, has wonderful views and is an atmospheric spot to stop for a pint of Pilchard Ale and a baguette. Owned by the Burgh Island hotel, there is also a cafe on the beach level.
