Best local beach. Long beautiful unbroken beachfront with lots of shells and drift wood in the winter. There's a shore break in the summer, so it's not the best swimming beach for very small kids.

It's Santa Cruz. Go to the beach! Not the best for surfing, but nice and mellow. And cleaner water than Cowell's.
