A 5km loop walk - uphill and over rocks so not suitable for unsteady walkers - through rocks and dry bush characteristic of the area.

Drive north out of Kyneton up Edgecombe Road. The 260 acre park is on the right, around seven kilometers out. Close to the main gate are picnic tables, an information board and covered pergola area. Please note that there are no toilet facilities at Black Hill and no rubbish bins, just peace and tranquility. Various walks through the park.

Five minutes north of Kyneton, is a place to find natural peace and tranquility. Walk along signed tracks through natural and revegetated bushland surrounded by wild flowers and local wildlife. See magnificent views and imposing rock formations like The Monolith, one of the biggest granite features in Victoria.

A stunning walk with beautiful views. Similar to hanging rock. But we think even better!
