Dalston Kingsland is on the overground, connecting you to Stratford in the east, and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line Underground) to the west, meaning you can get pretty much anywhere in the city. Buses from Kingsland Road (end of the street) also provide great connections.

There's a wonderful Turkish community here with grocers, restaurants, even a Turkish bath (hamam). Our favourite restaurant is Mangal 1 Ocakbasi along Arcola St, in the north.
