Lakeshore Adventures leads kayak tours or you can rent a kayak from them to go out on your own from Baileys Harbor Beach. Reserve kayaks, and stop in their shop downtown Baileys Harbor and pick up the paddle and life jacket. They'll have the kayaks ready for you on the beach.
