Why not take in the sights from a different perspective! Austin Paddle Shack is located right near Lady Bird Lake to give you a seamless transition from land to water. No lugging kayaks around, just pop it in the water and you're off! Be sure to pack yourself a little snack and some water and of course - your camera!

Tons of stand-up paddle board, canoe, kayak, and water bike rentals bordering Lady Bird Lake, but this one has been around forever and we've personally used it to rent out equipment. Highly recommended to anyone visiting and wanting to play in the water. 5.3 miles, 17 mins away in medium traffic.

Visiting Austin is not complete with out a day out on the paddle board! Rent some paddle boards on a nice day, and enjoy a whole other way to site see in this amazing city!
