We've been going to Luigi's for 25 years for their buttery, garlicky pull-apart bread knots. Whether you prefer pizza or pasta dishes, this is some of Rockwall's best Italian food. And the waiters still sing "Happy Birthday" (not some newfangled Birthday Poser-Song) in deep baritone voices.
