UPDATE: Since pandemic, the quality of their supposedly fresh ingredients and the taste of their cooking is not the same as pre-pandemic, sad to say. They're still open but we recommend that you Take Out your food. Pre-pandemic, they USED TO BE, one of the best authentic Hunan restaurant in the city! Lots of delicously spicy Chinese dishes with NO MSG. They most likely had an excellent Chef from China during their early years.
