Salt & Sill restaurant has one of the West Coast's best locations. Outdoor serving and window seats with a sea view that provides an almost surreal closeness to the sea. Here you will enjoy fish, shellfish (we also offer meat & vegetarian dishes) and Salt & Sill special "herring plate" that has contributed heavily to the tavern as international recognition. Salt & Sill, inter alia, awarded the reviews "Worth a trip" and "White Heart" by the White Guide and Quality Award "West Swedish tastes" of the West Sweden Tourist Board.
