Opens 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Liberty Hall is part of the Institute of Jamaica.It was opened in 1923 and became the worldwide headquarters of the United Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) in 1927. It is now a multi-media museum dedicated to Marcus Garvey who was Jamaica’s first official national hero. The outside of the place is decorated with cheerful mosaics and a mural depicting Marcus Garvey. The Museum features interactive and multimedia exhibits of the life and work of Marcus Garvey
