The best ramen nearby, Ittenbari brought Hokkaido-style miso ramen to the capital back in the early 1970s.

If even food court ramen was good, the legit stuff from an actual shop, words cannot even. Great noodles, great broth (a miso-shoyu blend), great toppings, and kick to go with it. I'd like to die in this ramen (although, it might burn my eyes...)
