Teal Flamingo is a real find! This hybrid shop is a hair salon w/ walk in's welcome (when they aren't fully booked) and wonderful beautiful ladies cutting your hairs plus a buy sell trade shop in front! I go here to find all my sweet perfectly worn flannels and hoodies, pants and shirts! You must check it out.... great little PDX Gem

This is both an awesome secondhand vintage shop and a hairdresser. Very Portland. Very cool.
