In summer, the refuge of La Boerne is a base camp for hikers and mountaineers. It is on the path many hikes, including the Tour du Mont Blanc. It’s also a restaurant with a sunny terrace serving simple Savoyard cuisine. You must book and choose your menu in advance. It is near the road for parking or it is an easy walk from Montroc station, follow the path Via des Cutes passing the Bel Alp residence.

A twenty-minute walk from the village of Argentière towards the Col des Montets, in the magnificent hamlet of Tréléchamps, a magical place. Delicious meal and blueberry pies, friendly staff but do not forget to book!
