"Crossfit BQE is a 7,500 square foot facility, one of the largest in the North East. We provide our members with 2 full bathrooms that include showers for those on the go and two half bathrooms, a lounge area for the community to congregate before and after class, a ROM WOD area so our members can do additional stretching to increase strength and flexibility and a H.I.I.T. section to perform 30 minutes of body weight exercise. Lastly, our World Class Crossfit Area where each day our athletes achieve and exceed their fitness goals."
