Riverside Nature Center's visitor center houses great educational exhibits. The grounds/trail house the largest collection of Native Texas Hill Country plants. The parking lot is the trail head for the Kerrville River Trail that goes from this point to Kerrville Schreiner park. It is wheelchair accessible.

This nature center is such an educational center for all members of the family. The grounds have one of the largest native Texas plant collections around. There is also acces from here to the 'island" at the park and to the walking trail - great place for an afternoon!
