The BEST crab rolls! Also great for an English breakfast! At Rye Harbour but you could walk to or from Winchelsea to here through the Nature Reserve.

The Bosun Bites is a proper cafe with full English breakfasts, bacon butties & mugs of steaming hot tea. Based next to the Life Boat station at Rye harbour. It’s a perfect stop after a dog walk or bike ride through the nature reserve. It is a CASH only place so bring your bank notes. Amazing value, tasty but not fancy. Perfect Sunday...
