Takumiya is specialized in Japanese craft beers. Run by the Shirai brothers, named after Takumi, the elder, it is a friendly place where you can eat some good food and drink a variety of 8 Japanese beers, and also a good selection of local whiskies.

Very good craft beer selection. It's located on the south side of Oshikoji, about 1 1/2 blocks east of Karasuma.
