Opened in September 2021, Brouillon is the new space that acts as both a café and a refreshment bar in Plaza Saint-Hubert at any time of the day. Un super petit bar sur la Plaza avec capacité à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Juste un pâté de maisons.
