This is healthy food that tastes ridiculously good! They draw quite a number of active (or at least they look active) bunch of people. After a stroll on the Promenade this is the place to stop for breakfast or lunch or one of their healthy smoothies. They make good cappuccinos too.

This is one of the best health shops in the sea point area with a delecant chicken wrap or a super power boost smoothie.
