UBER is my choice of getting around the city. I do advice to check the car plates match the the once the car has when it arrives. 99% of the restaurants, cafes and bars have free wifi, is easy to book your car. I strongly advice you DO NOT take taxis from the streets, I never do it, as tourist you shouldn't either.

Uber is a great option to move around Mexico City and is not expensive.
