This building was previously a Presbyterian Church but has recently been refurbished and hosts a wide range of groups from Abba Tribute Bands to Classical Music. It also has a Maritime Museum showing the shipbuilding history of the area.

Portico is a Presbyterian church which has been sensitively restored and which now is used for cultural events and houses a display of historical items of local interest.
