1121 W. Magnolia Ave (3min walk) Really good craft coffee run by really friendly people. Try one of their rotating seasonal specialty drinks! Super convenient; if you walk the two blocks to Magnolia, you can’t miss it. Tends to stay busy, but not overwhelmingly so. Seating is comfy and spacious but sometimes hard to come by during peak hours. Great place to get a little work done or catch up over good coffee.
