❤❤❤Beautiful neighborhood next to ours.DOG FRIENDLY🐶 with a lush tree canopy, large parks and quiet woodsy walking paths through the old Southern neighborhoods( Southern mansions juxtaposed next to super contemporary homes). Outstanding restraunts all grouped together at a neighborhood intersection( 6 very unusual/ quirky places to choose from- La Fonda, Doctor Bombeys Underwater Teaparty, The Flying Biscuit, Gato, Candler Market lunch counter, Fellini's Pizza). 12 min walk

Candler Park is a 55-acre city park named after Coca-Cola magnate Asa Griggs Candler, who donated this land to the city in 1922. The park features a nine-hole golf course, a swimming pool, a football/soccer field, a basketball court, tennis courts, and a playground. MARTA rapid transit rail service is available at the Edgewood/Candler Park station. Candler Park neighborhood surrounding the park is on the east side of the city, bordering Little Five Points, Lake Claire, Inman Park, Druid Hills, and Edgewood. The Candler Park Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
