This place is where I did my master studies. It is perfect if you want to go for some running with nice views. The campus is encircled by a 2.5km road. You will see a lot of locals and students running, walking and cycling. Finally, you won't see a lot of cars. It's not more than a 3-4 minutes drive away from the villa.
