The West beach has a wonderful safe sandy bay protected by a rock line and then a long stretch of open sandy beach leading to Covesea Lighthouse and more beach trails beyond. Fantastic for rock pooling beach combing, paddle boarding, coastal walks and relaxing

Beautiful beach with stunning views over the Moray Firth and to Covesea Lighthouse. This is a popular spot for paddleboarders and wild swimmers too and if aircraft spotting is your thing then you get a fantastic vantage point from here. Whilst you are there, check out The Beach Hut licensed cafe for a tasty bites, friendly service and first class views!

Beautiful beach with a picturesque lighthouse. Dolphin and other wildlife can be spotted regularly. Best enjoyed at low tide and most beautiful at sunset. Great location to capture the Northern Lights!
