Pea Ridge is the site of a little known Civil War battle. The short film and driving tour tell the story of this instrumental battle and a lost town in the area. Great for any history fanatic!

Actually a national park, the visitor center is closed due to COVID, but there's a very fine self-guided driving tour which is much more impactful if paired with the short film, "Thunder in the Ozarks: The Battle of Pea Ridge," available on YouTube or on the website (Learn about the Park/Photo Multimedia, bottom of the page.)
