This is a dive (not pretty) BUT it is open 24 hours and they serve delicious Puerto Rican food at great prices. Bathrooms not so pretty so be prepared. It is one of my family's favorite places to eat. hahahaha. There is parking around the building and the street. The place is very popular so good luck finding parking.
