Enjoy this 5.5-mile out-and-back trail near Northville, New York. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 46 min to complete. At 0.95 miles you'll reach the first waterfall on Tenant Creek Falls. The trail continues up along the left side, near the waterfall. You are still following yellow DEC discs. Now the trail becomes rougher and a bit tougher to follow. At 2.0 miles you reach the second waterfall and at 2.1 miles you will reach the third and final waterfall. This is a popular trail for birding, fishing, and hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of the day. Beautiful falls and perfect swimming holes for a hot day. The trail has a very mild elevation gain and feels more like a walk in the woods! The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.
