It is 100% the best pizzeria in Manduria, the quality of the ingredients is really high, distinguished by the presence of Agerola mozzarella and very digestible pasta thanks to an incredible long-lasting lifting. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a pizza with love and passion and especially knowledge of the production process, if a pizzaiolo has a culture, and the pizza of Un Posto al Sole speaks for itself when it comes in the plate. Small disadvantage, a little bit noisy local.
